Why Costa Rica?

There is something about this land that is difficult to explain until you've experienced it for yourself.

She is wild, lush, feminine, and so very alive. Her rhythm invites you to slow down, soften, take up space, and remember that nature already knows how to flow.

This land has become one of my greatest teachers.

Every time I return, she peels away another layer.

She has invited me into a deeper trust.

A deeper connection with my body, my womb, my roots, and the quiet wisdom that has always lived within me.

I often say that I didn't find a new version of myself here.

I remembered her.

She keeps showing me that when we create space to be fully present, synchronicities unfold with remarkable ease, life begins to move differently, and what once felt distant suddenly feels possible.

People often come to Costa Rica for its breathtaking beauty, but leave with something they never expected. A quiet shift within, deeper connection to themselves. A way of being that continues to unfold long after they've returned home.

That is what continues to call me back.

It's the way this land reminds me to be present and to allow life to unfold with greater trust. The way she holds and mirroring compassion while offering her timeless medicine.

Ascension grew from this relationship.

It is my way of sharing a place that has profoundly supported my own unfolding, while creating a space for others to experience their own.

During this chapter of my life in Costa Rica, I began noticing how quickly I was moving through different realms of consciousness.

With every experience life brought me, I could feel a new perspective emerging—a different expression of myself, each carrying its own wisdom.

As I witnessed these shifts, I realized that the true invitation wasn't simply to expand my consciousness, but to consciously choose which version of myself I wanted to embody.

That realization became the heart of Ascension.
