The Sacred Self retreat is everything I knew and didn't know I needed.

I signed up because I wanted to dive deep and knew Shiran was the one to take me there, but I didn't realize just how deep we would go. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and healing.

The support was enormous from the land, Shiran and the group of women who journeyed together.
The retreat facility was so luxurious and peaceful, and Pam, our private chef, was amazing. The food was so fresh and the meals were delicious.
The workshops, meditations, movement and excursions were a balance of pushing your limits and creating sacred space to move through what comes up.
This retreat is perfect for anyone looking for powerful positive transformations in their lives.
