This 90-minute class is a sacred meditative space for deep healing, energetic alignment, and inner restoration.

Held monthly and guided by Shiran Sabah, participants are invited into stillness to receive a Reiki meditation transmission designed to calm the nervous system, clear stagnation, and support the body’s natural healing response. The experience is intuitive and channeled, with optional elements of restorative movement to enhance energetic flow when aligned.

This class is designed to help clear stagnant energy, promote emotional release, and set a grounded, harmonious tone for the month ahead. The energetic harmony activated in this space continues to flow for days after, supporting ongoing clarity, balance, and integration.

Open to all levels. No prior experience with Reiki or meditation is necessary.
